Dispatch & Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £30!

All orders are dispatched between 1-3 working days (3-5 working days in busy season, e.g. Christmas) If you require your order quickly please contact us prior to ordering.

Large wholesale orders may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched. Place your order and we'll email you delivery estimate. You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch unless these are custom items.

Click & Collect:

Place your order and collect within 2 working days free from our patisserie at 3 Salisbury Place, Newington, Edinburgh EH9 1SL. Delivery fee will be deduced from your order total.

Delivery Methods:

Standard - Royal Mail 48 HRS Tracked and Signed For.

Free Shipping - Royal Mail Second Class Small Packets non-tracked service or courier 5 working days delivery aim. Up to £20 insurance.

Fast & Safe - Next day delivery service fully tracked & insured with proof of delivery digital signature. Free returns!

International - Airmail Small Packets is not a tracked service and delivery aim is between 1-2 weeks. Also available are on request Courier World Economy 5+ days service and Courier World Express 1-3 working days service (subject to availability).

Please note Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands are on 2-7 day service. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by Royal Mail which are outside of our control. Please note that we do not have tracking information for standard First Class and Airmail Small Packets but do hold a proof of postage certificate. Royal Mail cannot accept a claim for loss unless 15 working day or more have passed since the item was posted (Inland) according to Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. For European destinations it is 20 working days and 25 working days for the rest of the world. However if your item hasn’t arrived by then please make sure you contact us asap so we can proceed with the claim as there is only 30 days to put the claim through. If you are still not sure if those rules apply to your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that Damage Claims cannot be accepted for perishable (food) items by us or third party (Royal Mail).

Privacy & Security

We’d like to assure our customers that we do not share your personal information with any other parties. Your personal information is only used for transactions and the shipping of your order. We may occasionally send a newsletter a few times a year to announce new products, sales or events of interest to customers who have signed up on our mailing list, but customers can opt out at any point.

Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with your order we will refund the item value (shipping will not be refunded) once the item is returned to us within 10 days from the dispatch date unopened or otherwise damaged.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We kindly ask our customers to consider their climate conditions as we cannot be held resposible for delays caused by severe weather or season rush.

Ordering

We make it simple. Browse our shop for the treat you’re craving, and then just follow the directions and you’ll be enjoying them in no time. So from our family to yours, make your special occasions even tastier … If you need your order quickly, check with us for stock availability. Add a gift card for free. We will print your gift message on a gift card and include it with your order completely free.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit and debit cards using Paypal secure gateway. To pay with debit or credit card select the second option below the sing in lines on Paypal page. You do not need to set up a Paypal account or to sign in if you prefer not to. You can use your credit or debit card at the checkout without logging into the Paypal account.

• Credit/Debit Card payments - We do not store our customer's financial details and we do not share any personal or order information with third parties.

Payment made by bank transfer can be instant, but may take up to 3 days.

Cash on collection - Please ensure you have the exact amount as we do not have a cash register. We can't accept cards or cheques.
